I called Trisis Technologies in a panic late in the evening, I was happy to have someone answer the phone so late.  I explained that I tried to repair an issue by reinstalling with the recovery CD that shipped with my computer.  Inadvertantly, that process erased my whole hard drive.  Since this machine was a business computer, I was in big trouble.  Within an hour I had a technician in my office and after a few tries, he recovered 2 years of my business records and my personal photo files of my children that were accidentally deleted on this machine.  I owe you and your professional staff a sincere debt of gratitude.  Thank you Trisis Technologies!

Took my computer to some Freek Squad and they kept it for a week before the told me they couldn’t fix it.  Took it to Trisis Technologies and they had it fixed and back to me the next day.
